In fact, the origin is the starting point of a workpiece carving, after the definition of a good starting point, in order to carve the corresponding workpiece according to the carving path. Otherwise it is easy to appear engraving machine engraving beyond the scope of the workpiece, or sculpture dislocation and other problems. So how do you define the working origin?
1. Press the four direction control keys of X and Y to move the tool tip to the desired position.
2. Remove the automatic tool tester and place it on the surface of the processed material.
3, press the function key of "automatic tool testing", and then press the key of "Confirm", the spindle will drop automatically until the tool tip touches the tool tester, and the spindle will lift automatically.
4. The surface origin has now been determined.
5. Press "XYHOME" to determine the origin of XY.
6. Press "ZHOME" to set the z-axis origin.
7, finally, press the "confirm" key, input the definition of the machining origin number, the machining origin defined just now is retained in the system.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 above to set different working origin.
