Check the reason why the machine cannot return to the mechanical origin
CNC fine engraving machine mechanical origin is the starting point of carving, the definition of a good starting point to carve out the corresponding workpiece, otherwise it is easy to appear product carving beyond the scope of the workpiece, or carving dislocation and other problems. Then how to check the reason why the machine cannot return to the mechanical origin?
The inspection methods are as follows:
1. First of all, which axis will miss the origin? The X-axis or the Y-axis;
2. After confirming that a certain shaft cannot be returned to zero, check whether the contact switch at the shaft end (i.e. the travel switch) is broken or if there is bad contact, foreign body shielding and other faults. If yes, replace or clean. Trip switch fault can also lead to trip not back to the origin;
3. If the trip switch is normal, check the reset button and whether the control system has the voltage of driving contactor;
4. Check the working state of the relay and contactor, and then the servo motor.
Through the above methods can be one by one to troubleshoot the cause of the fault, so you can go to reset.
